About Vincent N. Lee

Vince opened Title Partners, LLC in 1999 with his son Owen and his daughter-in-law Heather. Vince has more than 48 years of diversified real estate, mortgage, appraisal, and title insurance expertise, all here in the Metro Detroit area. Vince is responsible for certain aspects of Human Relations and acts as the ambassador to the real estate community for Title Partners. Vince is the majority shareholder of the company. Vince has been working full-time in the title insurance field since for over 14 years.

Built organization from scratch to over 20 employees in excess of 200 closings per month.  One of the largest independent First American agents in the state of Michigan.  Assist in recruiting and maintaining large diversified client base.  Recruit and retain employees for main office and joint venture operations.

 

 

Professional Real Estate Appraisals, Inc. - President (1987-Present), Farmington Hills, Michigan

Training and management of 40 appraisers and 15 support staff.  Responsible for preparing appraisal reports including FHA properties and arriving at the final estimate of value.  Hiring and termination of employees.  Responsible for every aspect of company.

Executive Transfer Sales - Self-Employed Sales (1973-1985), Detroit Area

Self employed real estate transfer sales agent for employee transfer personnel.  Conducted appraisals for Employee Relocation Council.  Provided broker opinions for Coldwell Banker and Merrill Lynch Relocation Management.

Hartford Realty - Real Estate Agent (1967-1972), Detroit

Real estate agent for Hartford Realty in Detroit.  Also served as a fee appraiser for VA (Veterans Administration) from 1969-1972.
